Order & delivery

Status of your order

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail once your order is successfully placed. Your order will then be processed in our system. If the item you have ordered is in stock, our warehouse staff will pack it and ship it directly to you. Of course, it may be the case that you've ordered several items, one of which is in stock and can be delivered directly and another has to come from one of our megastores. Don't worry, we will ensure that the items in stock are dispatched immediately. This is always the case for orders within the Netherlands. As soon as we have received the item from the megastore, this will be dispatched on the very same day without you having to incur any additional shipping costs. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from us so that your package can be tracked. Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about the status of your order.

An item may be sold out between pre-ordering and processing your order. Therefore please wait for the confirmation email in which we will inform you that the product is available before you pick it up.

Items in the Coming Soon category

You can pre-order items from Divoza's Coming Soon category.  All items in this category are new additions to the range, but not yet in stock.  If you order an item from this category, you can be sure that you'll be one of the first to receive it! You just have to wait a little while. Of course, we will keep you up to date about your order and inform you as to when you can expect it.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the weight of the shipment and the destination.  Your order will be dispatched on the very same day if you order before 7 pm. Together with FedEx, we will do our best to ensure that you receive your items as soon as possible. We will provide you with a FedEx tracking number that you can use to track the delivery of your package.

The item is damaged

Was your item damaged upon delivery? Of course, that was not our intention. Our customer service department will be happy to help you find a solution.

Package not received

On some occasions you may not receive your package on time even though this is stated in the order confirmation. That's not so nice, of course! We recommend that you check some data in this case.

Check the tracking number of your package

Check that the tracking number you entered matches the number in our email. If this is correct, please check as to whether the delivery date may have been shifted.

Check the delivery address

Does the delivery address match the address where you are expecting the package?

Take a look in your mailbox

Maybe you've received a notification that delivery was not possible? Perhaps the package has been delivered to your neighbour or the deliverer has given you a new delivery date. If you have clarified all of this and still have not received your delivery, please get in touch with our customer service department

Changing your address

Would you like your order to be delivered to a different address than usual? No problem! Simply enter an alternative address on the payment page (checkout). We'll then send your package to this address. Please contact our customer services if you have already placed your order and have not specified this other address.

Cancelling your order

Of course, mistakes can happen or you might have changed your mind. No problem, we can change or cancel your order for you provided that the package hasn't already left our warehouse. If the package is already on its way to you, you can simply refuse acceptance. You will incur no costs. The package will then be returned to us and we will contact you as soon as we have received it. Even if you have already received the package, it is no problem if you wish to return it to us. You can read how best to do this on the Returns page.
