Rockport Return Policy

Please note, any purchases made after 31st March 2024 are final. No returns or exchanges for change of mind unless the item is deemed faulty.

You may return any genuinely faulty products for a product quality assessment. Any product deemed to have a genuine factory fault will be eligible for a refund or replacement (subject to stock availability).


To process a return:
  1. Contact our Customer Service team at: online@rockport.com.au for a Return Form and a postage label will be emailed to you.
  2. Attach the postage label and return the item(s) in the same condition it was received and if possible, with all packaging.
  3. Once we receive your returned goods, we will send you an email informing you they have arrived safely. Our Returns Team will then inspect all items within two business days to ensure they are in an undamaged condition.
  4. Our Returns team will then pass on details for all customer refunds to be processed as soon as possible, however, please allow an extra 2-10 days for the refund to appear on your credit card account to allow for bank processing.

All products must be returned in an undamaged, as-new condition with all labels and product swing tags attached. Any item returned that does not meet these criteria will be returned to the customer and a refund will be declined.

A full refund of the purchase price will be issued to the original credit card for all items confirmed and returned in a re-saleable condition.
