LikedThis is a heritage listed building and the decor is amazing.

DislikedThe little alcove for coffee making was dark and the lights not working. For the price of the room, a small pod coffee machine would have been more appreciated than the cheap instant sachets. I had to ask for milk as there was none in the room. The towels in the bathroom were on a rack above the bath and too high for me to reach. The shower in my room was over the bath and as a 73yo I felt it too hazardous to climb in and out wet so forwent a shower. The floors are old timber and even though the ceilings are at least 12 foot high the timber creaking from other levels were obvious with walking about. The food was nice but service for breakfast could've been quicker. Service by staff was exaggerated when it came and very formal. Napkins were placed on customer laps long before any food served.

DislikedThe bed rolled away from the wall. You couldn’t sit up in bed. The room was too hot and the air temperature couldn’t be changed. It was also a very noisy airconditioning unit.
