Rewards Certificates can be redeemed online, in store at POS or by phone. To redeem online, make sure you are signed in your West Advantage Account. When you checkout, your certificates will be pre-selected to redeem, you can always select or deselect the certificates you want to redeem. If you have issues viewing your certificates, please contact us at 1-800-BOATING. To redeem in the store, simply provide your phone number that is on record for your member account.
If you do not have an online West Advantage account, a member can call us at 1-800-BOATING to link your member account with your online account to gain access to your purchase history and available certificate rewards.
Certificates are generated each month and are emailed to our Members. To receive your certificates as soon as they are available, please have your current email address on file.
Yes, we can re-instate your expired certificates one time by calling 1-800-BOATING. Expired certificates can be re-instated up to one year from expiration date.
Sign into your online account and click on the “View Reward Certificates” link. Click on each individual certificate to view or print.
When reward certificates are generated at the end of each month, the points are converted into certificates and the points balance goes to zero.
Rewards have no cash value. No change will be given for Reward Certificates. Certificates cannot be applied to prior purchases, non-merchandise purchases, West Marine PRO purchases, or as payments towards credit card, insurance, financing or other non-merchandise services. West Marine reserves the right to change this list of exclusions any time, for any reason, without prior notification.
West Marine/West Advantage and BoatU.S. are partners through our West Advantage Rewards Loyalty Program. When you are enrolling in West Advantage Gold, you are receiving a Basic BoatUS Membership as a part of your Gold Membership. The BoatU.S. number will be the same as your West Advantage Gold Rewards Member number. If your West Advantage/BoatU.S. Membership expires, you will automatically become a West Advantage Silver Member.
