Terms and Conditions

Chauffeur Drive is available at Sydney International Airport only for new reservations sold and ticketed in Australia on British Airways flight numbers BA16/15 only. Codeshare flights not permitted.
Transfers are available up to 50 km radius with an optional additional charge beyond the complimentary radius.
Reservations must be made at least 48 hours prior to departures and changes are subject to availability.
Chauffeur drive is only available to First class passengers with a confirmed reservation in F and A class. Waitlisted, Z class reservations, complimentary upgrades, redemption or travel agent discount tickets are not eligible.
An adult customer 12 years and over is eligible for one transfer. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and not travelling as an unaccompanied minor.
Jaguar vehicles are not guaranteed and are subject to availability. If the vehicle type is not available, an alternate prestige vehicle will provide the luxury transfer with nil compensation.
First Class Chauffer drive collection times will be confirmed at the time of reservation and are not negotiable. The driver will wait for a maximum 15 minutes from confirmed reservation time only. If a customer fails to cancel or arrive within 15 minutes for the booked transfer the complimentary service cannot be rebooked in conjunction with the same reservation or ticket number.
First Class Chauffeur Drive is provided by a third party supplier and not by British Airways. British Airways is not responsible for the acts or omissions of such suppliers, or for any deficiency in the facilities and services offered. British Airways has no liability for loss, personal injury, or death incurred during the use of such facilities and services.

Lounge

If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the public airport concourses, you’re welcome to relax in our Concorde Room lounges at London Heathrow Terminal 5 and JFK New York. Savour fine dining before your flight. Relax with a glass of champagne. Or take afternoon tea – a fine example of British heritage.

If you’ve brought your work with you, our business suite has everything you need to carry on working, including a boardroom. Then our private cabanas give you privacy, with a day bed and en–suite bathroom.

For the ultimate in relaxation, before or after your flight, experience the personal touch and rejuvenate with Elemis Travel Spa and Skin Therapies. Available at Heathrow Terminals 3 and 5 and New York JFK.

On board

Once you take your seat in the First cabin, your upgrade reveals its true colours. Your space is like a private cabin within a cabin with personal windows and electronic blinds and your own wardrobe. Your personal entertainment system comes with a 15“screen and noise–cancelling headset. Choose from over 100 movies, TV programmes, 50 music CDs and audio books, as well as 20 interactive games. Or just relax with your own pictures, movies or music by plugging in your iPod.

Dining

Some of the world’s finest chefs contributed to our First menu. It changes from month to month according to the quality and availability of seasonal ingredients. But the focus is consistently on simplicity and flavours. Naturally, afternoon tea is served and you can take a snack at any time during your flight. At breakfast, you can opt for full English, a fresh continental or just a croissant with coffee if you wish. You can even skip breakfast and sleep longer if you prefer.

Sleeping

A good flight’s sleep is virtually guaranteed in First. We’ll make up your fully-flat bed with a quilted mattress, crisp white 400–thread Egyptian cotton duvet and pillow and provide a pair of luxurious pyjamas. You’ll wake refreshed and ready to go.
