All orders ship via Standard Shipping and are estimated to arrive in 2-5 business days.
Forgotten Skincare is NOT responsible for any held, lost or stolen packages and will not reship or refund due to these circumstances. The circumstance of the package will be determined based on the information provided by USPS, UPS or DHL and is ultimately up to the discretion of Forgotten Skincare.
Forgotten Skincare will NOT contact USPS, DHL or any carrier or postal office on behalf of the customer. However, we can provide you with details of tracking information provided by USPS including tracking number and date scanned at last location.
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer are NOT the responsibility of Forgotten Skincare. Sometimes, orders can be marked as delivered by the carrier 1-2 days early. After 1-2 days, please check your local post office or common mail delivery areas for your order before contacting us at info@forgottenskincare.com. It is up to the discretion of Forgotten Skincare whether to issue a one time replacement of orders marked as delivered by the mail carrier.
Please ensure that your address is correct when placing your order as Forgotten Skincare is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. We cannot make changes to your order after it has been placed.
If you do not receive your order, please contact info@forgottenskincare.com within 14 days of the date of delivery as stated on your tracking information.
Additional information for international orders:
International orders must include a phone number. You are responsible for knowing the duties and taxes that may be applied to your order. Forgotten Skincare is not responsible for shipments that are rejected due to issues with Customs. If your package is lost due to an incorrect address or refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, it is up to our discretion on whether we will ship a one time replacement. Under no circumstances will this include the cost of shipping. All policies listed within our shipping policy also apply to international orders.
