Free shipping to US 10-15 days.

Pay shipping to Canada 10-15 days.

About free shipping: the items available to USA and GER will not charge for freight and there is no order amount limit.

• Who Will Pay The Duties And Taxes

Ferventoys will cover the duties and taxes for all the items on Ferventoys.com

• Package Carrier and Tracking Number:

The USA and Canada orders are normally delivered by UPS or USPS via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

And EU orders are normally delivered by Depot, DHL, GLS, and DPD, via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

And for MX orders are normally delivered by UPS or USPS, via a Third-party overseas warehouse. 

You will receive the tracking number and shipping message from the carrier by the email you provide.

• Separate Shipments:

In particular cases, your order may be split into several packages. This is mainly caused by different supply warehouse locations. In this case, you will be provided with two or more tracking numbers.

On infrequent occasions, the delivery may take longer than the shipping time stated above for some reason. And your patience and understanding will be highly appreciated.

• Notices

1. Usually, the package will be processed within 24 hours and delivered to you within 5-7working days. PS: the Per Order will cost about  30 working days to delivery.
2. If the product is delivered successfully, we default that the customer has received the goods. If there is any problem with your shipment Ferventoys glad to assist to claim from the carrier company.
