My Promotional code doesn’t work / I can’t create my account on MatchDining?

We’ll send you your promo code within 48 hours of your subscription. Each code is valid for 14 days, and can only be used during the offer period (between 1st October 2019 - 31st March 2020). Keep in mind that the offer is limited to 10,000 eligible subscribers who redeem the offer, on a first come, first serve basis.

If you have a current subscription during this time or if you purchase subscriptions other than 6-month subscriptions during the validity of the offer, you can enjoy a 3-month trial offer of Gourmet Society. Please contact Customer Care on 020 3868 5628 to receive the free trial offer.

How do I take advantage of this great deal?

Our offer is open to all members of the Match dating website www.uk.match.com as well as on Match.com App who purchase a 6-month subscription between 1st October 2019-31st March 2020. Within 48 hours of confirming your payment, we will send you a MatchDining promotional code to the email address you used to register your Match account. In the email, you’ll find the promo code and a link to the sign-up page on www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/matchdining with details and instructions on how to redeem it and a promotional code. When on the Gourmet Society website, tap ‘activate card’.

Promo codes are limited to the first 10 000 eligible Match subscribers who redeem the offer within fourteen (14) days from receiving their promocode. So go ahead and seal the deal as soon as you get it!

If you purchased a Match subscription between 1st October 2019 - 31st March 2020, you should have received an email with a promo code within 48 hours of payment. Have you entered the correct email address?

When can I use the offer and how long will it last for?

The offer runs from 1st October 2019 - 31st March 2020, and is limited to the first 10,000 eligible subscribers. Once you receive your email, and subject to your eligibility, you have 14 days to redeem the offer, so don’t forget to click on that link.

Just click on the link in the email to access the sign-up page on www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/matchdining, and select ‘activate card’. Once your dining card is activated, you can use it at all participating restaurants, throughout your 12-month free membership to Gourmet Society.

Eligibility
1. Subject to availability pursuant to clause 2, this offer is only available to members of the Match dating website uk.match.com and/or the Match.com application (together the Services) who:
  - are over 18 years old
  - reside in the United Kingdom; and
  - purchase a 6-month Match subscription during the Offer Period and do not exercise their withdrawal right to cancel their subscription;
The offer
1. The offer is limited to the first 10,000 eligible Match members who redeem the offer on a first come first served basis during the period from 1st October 2019 at 00:01 until 31st March 2020 at 23:59 (‘the Offer Period’).
2. The purchase of a 6-month Match subscription during the above Offer Period will include a gift consisting of a 12-month membership with Gourmet Society. This gift cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
3. Match will send an email to eligible Match members who purchase a 6-month Match subscription within 48 hours from purchasing their subscription on the Services. This email will include a promotional code and a one-click link to the sign-up page on www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/matchdining with details and instructions on how to redeem it.
  Eligible members must activate their promotional code within 14 days of receipt.
4. Non eligible Match members who already have an ongoing Match subscription or purchase subscriptions other than 6-month subscriptions during the Offer Period can contact the Match customer care team in order to get a free 3-month trial Membership on www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/match website as well as on Gourmet Society app to try out Gourmet Society services. This free trial offer is subject to automatic renewal against payment of a fee at the end of the three-month period.
5. Promotional codes can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional codes and offers available on Gourmet Society.
How to redeem your gift
1. By redeeming the offer, Match members agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the general terms and conditions of Gourmet Society available here.
2. Eligible Match members must redeem the offer within fourteen (14) days following receipt of the email confirming their 6-month subscription order with Match. The promotional code will be deactivated after such fourteen (14) days period and the Match member will not be entitled to claim any replacement code.
3. To redeem the offer, an eligible Match member must:
  - click on the link in the Match email and visit www.gourmetsociety.co.uk/matchdining;
  - enter his/her personal details to create an account or log into an existing account;
  - enter the promotional code in the promo code section, if not already pre-filled.
4. The free 12-month membership will start from the date of redemption by the eligible Match member.
5. If the eligible Match member exercises his/her 14-days withdrawal right to cancel the 6-month Match subscription, he/she will not be able to redeem the offer or if redemption has already happened, their Gourmet Society membership will be immediately terminated.
6. Upon expiry, this free 12-month Membership will not renew. It will expire automatically at the end of the 12-month period.

Limitation of liability
1. Match grant no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise with respect to the services provided in participating restaurants listed on www.gourmetsociety.co.uk website and Gourmet Society App, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose in relation to the services.
2. Where you receive services and/or purchase food from any participating restaurant, any losses or liability arising out of, or in connection with, such services and/or food shall be the relevant participating restaurant's liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Match and Gourmet Society will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Match members or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of receiving services at any of the participating restaurant.
Data protection
1. By redeeming the offer, members understand that the information they enter on the www.gourmetsociety.co.uk website as well as a Gourmet Society App will be used by Gourmet Society, their agents and subcontractors in accordance with the Gourmet Society Privacy and Data protection policy available here.
General
1. Match and Gourmet Society reserve the right in exceptional circumstances to vary, amend or withdraw this offer on reasonable notice.
2. These terms and conditions will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
