If you need to send a small parcel to a UK address, we have you covered – you can send up to 5kg for just £2.79 and we’ll deliver on the next working day. Simply enter your parcel's size and weight when placing your booking. We also offer international small parcel delivery to 160 countries worldwide.
You can choose to have your parcel collected from your door, or you can bring down the cost of your small parcel delivery by dropping it off at a depot or ServicePoint. We have 3,500 ServicePoints across the UK which are typically open from 8am until late so you can drop off at a time to suit you.

WHAT FITS IN A STANDARD PARCEL?
You might be surprised how much you can fit into a small parcel. A small parcel can weigh up to 5kg and measure 35cm (l) x 35cm (w) x 35cm (h). As a quick point of reference, we’ve put together a list of some of the most popular items sent our small parcel size.

£25 contents cover - We offer free £25 cover as standard across all UK and Ireland deliveries. This can also be upgraded if the actual value of the item you are shipping is greater than £25. |

Collection from your home or business address - Waiting is the worst but when you're sending a small parcel there is an alternative to queuing in the line at the Post Office - we collect your parcel straight from your door. |

Fully tracked service - Your parcel is always in safe hands. Our 'parcel tracker' will keep your recipient updated every step of the way, including being able to see their position on our driver's route - they'll also be able to opt for a free 'You're Next' alert via email or SMS. |

One-hour delivery and collection slots - If you're having your parcel collected from your home or work address, we'll provide you with a one-hour window when our driver will be with you. Your recipient will also receive a one-hour delivery window text or email if you select this option and add their information at the time of booking. |
MAKE YOUR SMALL PARCEL DELIVERY SAFE
You can either send your parcel to a ‘safe place’ or have a ‘signed for’ delivery. If your item is valuable, we would always recommend you use the ‘signed for’ delivery option. If you choose to have your parcel delivered to a designated ‘safe place’ then we cannot offer any extended contents cover and your parcel will only be covered up to the value of £25. WHAT IS THE SIZE OF A SMALL PARCEL?
You can see our pre-defined dimensions of a small parcel, as well as weights and postage costs in the table below. Make sure you weigh and measure your parcel accurately before booking to ensure you select the right option and pay the correct amount.
It’s important to remember if you select the small parcel size and it exceeds the maximum weight or dimensions stated at booking, your parcel may be returned to you, incur extra charges or be refused on collection.
