Wedgwood & Royal Albert Replacement Discount Promise

If you break or damage your Wedgwood or Royal Albert items purchased online directly through our website www.wedgwood.com within 12 months of the date of purchase and are subscribed to the Wedgwood newsletter our Wedgwood replacement discount promise will apply. The replacement discount is 50% of the retail price paid at time of purchase for the damaged item. The replacement discount cannot be used or combined with any other offer, discount or promotion, or for the purchase of sale items. The replacement discount is applicable for up to 5 items per calendar year and does not include Wedgwood Prestige items (Anthemion blue/grey, Astbury Black, Gold Columbia, Hitomi Hosono, Hummingbird tableware and Vases, Jade Butterfly, Riverton). If the damaged item or set is no longer available you will receive a discount towards an equivalent item. Please note we can not split any items within a set, you will receive a 50% discount off the full set. 

Please contact our Customer Service within 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note that you will be required to provide us with Proof or Purchase and clear photographic evidence of the alleged fault or damage. Our Customer Service will guide you through the next steps.
