Absolutely! Sundays offers this cover exclusively for paid Strava subscribers. Activating the perks won't affect your Strava subscription price at all. You'll have continuous cover as long as you maintain your paid Strava membership. Just keep in mind that if you cancel your Strava subscription, your Perks will also be canceled.
Your Strava Perks will renew automatically at the end of each twelve (12) month period, subject to Strava and the underwriter agreeing to continue this program and you maintaining your status as a paid Strava Subscriber.
Rest assured, the Strava Perks will continue to be free to you during the renewal process, ensuring no surprises in the second or third year.
We'll send you yearly reminders, but you also have the option to cancel the automatic renewal at any time. Reach out to us via Live Chat, email us at [email protected], or give us a call at 0203 198 2828 to request cancellation.
Cover is provided for GPS devices, smartphones, and tablets used for tracking and logging your cycling activities on the Strava platform, as long as at the time of the claim the device is no older than 24 months from when purchased new.
No waiting periods for claims! However, please note that we only accept claims for covered incidents that occur after activating your Sundays Strava Perks policy. Claims for incidents that happened prior to policy activation, even during your paid Strava subscription period, cannot be accepted.
Protecting your data privacy is our top priority. We guarantee that your data will never be sold to other companies, nor will it be utilized for credit checks or to impact any other insurance applications you may pursue.
Rest assured, we will only use your information to provide you with our products and services. This includes managing your Strava policy, handling any claims you make, and informing you about our related offerings.

Getting your bike stolen is just about the worst thing that can happen, but don’t worry - we cover theft from and away from your home.
Whether it's a high speed crash or a coffee stop tumble, we’ll get you back on your bike either by repairing your bicycle or replacing the damaged parts.
If you regularly transport your bike on your roof, chances are that someday you’ll forget your bike is there while driving into your garage. Oops. Don’t worry, we cover your bicycle when you transport it on your car.
If your beloved machine is pinched, we'll cover your bike new for old. Remember to keep your proof of purchase info, we'll need it for your claim.
Entrusting transport of your bicycle to an airline, ship, train, or truck while you’re travelling? No stress. We can cover your bicycle for loss or damage in transit anywhere in the UK.
If you lock your bike up and return to find it has been damaged, either by a vandal or by a thief trying to steal it, we’ll cover the costs to repair it to its previous condition.
We will reimburse you up to £250 for the reasonable costs of transportation for you and your bicycle, if your bicycle suffers a breakdown and cannot be repaired at the breakdown scene.
We will reimburse you up to £500 for bicycle hire or the reasonable use of public transport while you await the repair or replacement of your bike, arising from an approved claim.
Customise your cover
We love upgrades, gadgets and accessories as much as you do. Insure custom parts fitted to your bicycle, (such as upgraded carbon handlebars or a dropper seatpost), accessories (such as your cycling kit, GPS, or headlight) up to the value of £5,000. You can also cover the kit you’re wearing while you ride.
Traveling outside of the UK with your bicycle? Add our optional worldwide cover to extend your cover for up to 365 days abroad (limited to 90 consecutive days per journey). Enjoy stress-free travel with your bicycle covered for loss or damage en route to your destination.
Select racing cover to insure your bicycle if the damage is caused by a specific incident, crash, impact, or road hazard while taking part in a race or event. You don’t have to choose it and pay for it if you don’t want your cover to extend to races.
One set of hoops for racing and another for training? Add additional wheelsets to your policy so you can swap your wheels to suit your ride with total peace of mind.
