"Save up to £60 off holidays", "Save up to £60 each year" or similar messaging is based on a customer booking a minimum of two new holidays with Sykes Holiday Cottages, using a £40 discount voucher (sent when a customer returns home from their Sykes holiday) when booking their next holiday and a £20 discount voucher (Level 3: CHAMPION and Level 4: CHAMPION+) on another. Only one voucher code may be applied to each booking and cannot be applied to existing bookings.
Your membership is serviced through post and email and you will therefore receive communications through these channels for as long as you are a member of Sykes Rewards. Your membership will continue until either you no longer meet the criteria to be a member or you choose to end your membership.
Level 2: PRIORITY rewards terms & conditions
Level 2: PRIORITY rewards are open to anyone who signs up to Sykes Rewards and has booked a holiday in the past 12 months.
Level 2: PRIORITY rewards will be available for 12 months from the most recent booking date, unless a subsequent booking is made and the customer is upgraded to Level 3: CHAMPION rewards.
If a booking does not occur within the 12 month period then Level 2: PRIORITY rewards will expire and the customer will revert to Level 1: MEMBER rewards.
Level 3: CHAMPION rewards terms & conditions
Level 3: CHAMPION rewards are open to anyone who signs up to Sykes Rewards and has booked two holidays in the past 24 months at the time of sign up.
Level 3: CHAMPION rewards will be available for 12 months from the most recent booking date, unless a subsequent booking is made and the customer is upgraded to Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards.
If a booking does not occur within the 12 month period then the customers Level 3: CHAMPION rewards will expire and they will revert to Level 2: PRIORITY rewards.
Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards terms & conditions
Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards are open to anyone who signs up to Sykes Rewards and has booked two holidays in the past 24 months and either three or more bookings in the past three years OR eight or more bookings in total at the time of sign up.
Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards will be available for 12 months from the most recent booking date, unless a subsequent booking is made and the customer is retained in Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards.
If a booking does not occur within the 12 month period then the customers Level 4: CHAMPION+ rewards will expire and they will revert to Level 3: CHAMPION rewards.
Sykes Rewards voucher summary:
Book a Sykes break within 7 days of requesting a voucher code to redeem the reward.
A voucher code request can be made from any applicable Sykes Rewards email. One request can be made at any time before the reward level expiry date or an upgrade.
A unique voucher code and voucher code expiry date can be found within the body of the confirmation email or SMS sent from Sykes Holiday Cottages following this request.
To redeem the voucher, book ONLINE within 7 days of requesting a voucher. Simply enter the unique voucher code into the 'Voucher Code' box during checkout.
Level 2: PRIORITY
Save £10 terms & conditions:
- The promotion is only open to Level 2: PRIORITY reward customers.
- A voucher code request can be made at any time before the Level 2: PRIORITY reward level expiry date (found in the welcome email) or a reward level upgrade.
- One voucher code request can be made for £10 discount
- The promotion will begin on the day the customer's voucher code is requested.
- The promotion will finish at midnight 7 days after the customer's voucher code was requested.
- The promotion will finish on the Level 2: PRIORITY reward expiry date if this date is sooner.
- Any bookings made after the voucher code expiry date or Level 2: PRIORITY reward expiry date will not be eligible to redeem their voucher offer. A second voucher code cannot be requested.
- The customer shall be eligible for the promotion upon completion of an ONLINE booking.
- This promotion may not be combined with any other voucher code and/or coupon.
