Important Notes About Reorders
Reordering with SportingSmiles is an easy and simple process for our returning customers that still have their impressions on file or have selected the digital 3D Scans for life. Customers who reorder within a year of another order receive up to 35 percent off, and their impressions are kept on file for another year! They are also eligible to select any custom dental product. As an example, if you purchased retainers, you can try another product like custom teeth-whitening trays, or a custom sports mouthguard. Surprises are around every corner, so SportingSmiles makes it as convenient as possible for repeat customers. Broken, lost, or gross retainers can be replaced in a matter of a few clicks.
Use our reordering system to receive retainer replacements, night guard replacements, teeth-whitening replacements, or sports mouthguard replacements. You must reorder within a year of purchasing to receive the reorder discount because our warehouse recycles dental impressions after a year in order to make room for new smiles. When reordering a product, make sure we have both impressions of your top or lower teeth if you plan to receive a product that covers both. When placing a reorder for a different product than your original order, we will re-evaulate your impressions. We do this because some products like retainers, need to have much more accurate impressions to craft. Customer service will evaluate your impressions and determine whether they are usable for the product you wish to place a reorder for. In the event that your impressions are not usable, customer service may ask you to purchase an impression kit to complete more accurate impressions. Do you have 3D Impressions
on file for LIFE?
You can select to have your impressions digitally scanned in 3D when you reorder a product. Look for the option at checkout!
* If your impressions have been 3D Scanned, the warranty will expire on them within a year of selecting to have your impressions 3D scanned unless a product is reordered within that year's timeframe. Your 3D Scans will always be kept on file but the warranty expires after a year of inactivity.
Our warranty guarantees that your dental product will fit your teeth. The warranty will expire after a year of inactivity with your account because of the potential of teeth shifting due to many factors including the lack of wearing a retainer. Due to this, SportingSmiles cannot guarantee the digital impressions we have on file will fit your current teeth if it's been more than a year of inactivity. We're happy to craft dental products for the impressions we have digitally scanned, but it will be without warranty.
