Excellent service and product, in all aspect, as usual, apart from the complexity of completing the application for the extended warranty. Managed eventually, but perhaps instructions could be made simpler / clearer to follow. Why not just grant an automatic 3 year warranty period? One great advantage of this weeder is that it clears out the weeds from a brick weave drive quickly, and in dry weather - no need to jet wash the weeds out then have to clear up the mess afterwards.
