Shipping Information

USA

Orders over $99 to addresses in the continental US qualify for free standard shipping. For order totals under $99, standard shipping within the Continental United States is $5.95.

Our ground shipments generally take 2-10 business days for delivery depending on your destination.

For an additional charge, you may choose 2-day shipping.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, APO, and FPO addresses will be charged $9.75. Orders which contain individual items that weigh over 2.5 lbs. (shipping weight) may be subject to a shipping surcharge to these locations.

If a package is returned after 3 delivery attempts, returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or refused at delivery, you will be refunded for the total amount of the order less shipping charges when applicable and less a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total order amount.

Please note that we ship Monday through Friday, excluding US Government holidays.

Refrigerated items are kept in the refrigerator until they are ready to be shipped. After the items are in transit, they are susceptible to shipping temperatures. If you desire ice packs for a small fee of $5.00 please add that to your order. We recommend shipping during cooler months or selecting expedited shipping methods when purchasing refrigerated products.

Expedited shipping reflects business days only. Our carriers do not ship on Saturday or Sunday, therefore do not include them in your estimated delivery date. Estimated ship dates do not include the day the item is shipped.

2 Day Service: Delivery will occur on the second full business day. (i.e. if a package is shipped on a Friday, the second business day would be Tuesday. If a package is shipped on a Monday, the second business day would be Wednesday.)

California Residents:

We strive to make sure the products we sell meet the highest quality and environmental standards. However, consumer product regulations in the state of California are evolving away from standard practices in other states and countries, and away from federal FDA guidelines and regulations.

In order to ship this product to a CA address, we are required by CA law to inform you:

California Residents Prop 65 WARNING: This product contains a substance known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm. If you have any questions, please contact the manufacturer of this product or VitaminLife.

Outside USA

International orders can be shipped by UPS or FedEx International (2-3 business day estimated shipping time) or International Postal Service (4-12 business days estimated shipping time, though some countries' postal services have taken 28 or more days). UPS and FedEx International shipments are fully trackable select countries (see below). International Postal Service packages can be tracked to Carson, CA, USA at which point the shipments are inserted into the postal system of the destination country, and are not trackable from that point. Shipping cost does not include insurance. VitaminLife is not responsible for the package once it leaves our warehouse. If insurance is desired, please choose UPS or FedEx International. The following countries can only receive shipments by International Postal Service: Mexico, Spain, Germany, Austria, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Germany, Hong Kong, Honduras, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, and Thailand. All other countries may choose to receive packages from either Fedex/UPS or International Postal Service. At this time we are unable to ship to Russia. We apologize for any inconvenience.

VitaminLife is not responsible for any customs or duties charges that may be imposed by your local country. Please note there may be some countries we are unable to ship to due to Customs regulations. We are not responsible for any delays this may cause. Customers also take responsibility that the products they are ordering can be legally imported into their respective country. If a shipment is returned to VitaminLife for failure to pay customs or product rejection by customs, the customer will be credited for their order less all shipping and handling, plus a 15% restocking fee. These charges include shipping to and from VitaminLife, where applicable. We reserve the right to have a package destroyed at customs if it is too expensive to return. Unpaid duties and taxes will be charged to the customers' credit card.

Order Status & Tracking

When your order ships, you will also be sent a package tracking number with instructions on how to track your package. If you do not receive an email confirmation please contact our Customer Service department or send an email tocustomerservice@vitaminlife.com

Rush Processing:

For an additional cost of $1.99, orders placed by 5:00 pm Eastern time (USA) will be rush processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be rush processed and shipped the following business day. Please note: If your order is held for verification it will be shipped rushed once it clears the fraud check process.

Ice Pack:

For additional cost of $4.99, for products that require refrigeration you may choose to add an ice pack. The ice pack lasts for 2 days so we would recommend that you upgrade your shipping method to overnight, or 2nd day.

Orders held for verification:

If your order is held for verification purposes, this often involves getting clearance from banks or additional information from you. Typical time for this process is 2-4 business days. The order will ship as soon as we can resolve the issue. This extra step allows us to prevent any fraudulent orders. We appreciate your cooperation regarding the verification process.

Refrigerated products:

Products are kept under a temperature controlled environment in our warehouse facility, but are not kept refrigerated during the course of shipping. If you prefer to add an ice packs please add one during our checkout process. We also recommend expedited shipping as ice packs only last 2 days.

Back Orders:

Our goal is to always have products in stock. Occasionally we may run out of an item; however we have fresh stock on its way from the manufacturer. Your order will be shipped at no additional shipping cost within 2-10 business days. All international orders are shipped in full. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding any delay. If we are unable to ship the remainder of your order in 3 weeks, we will cancel and refund the back ordered items.
