Roadside Assist is provided by Australia's largest independent roadside assistance provider.
Roadside Assist includes assistance with minor automotive repairs, flat batteries, emergency fuel, flat tyres, lost or locked keys and towing.

If you require immediate assistance and do not have an existing membership, you can purchase Emergency Roadside Assist. The cost of the emergency product will cover the cost of the urgent call-out fee and will also provide you with coverage for the next year.
Our Standard Roadside Assist memberships take 48 hours to come into effect. If you require immediate roadside assistance, you can purchase an emergency product.

If the car cannot be mobilised on the roadside, we will tow the vehicle free of charge to your preferred repairer up to 20km from the breakdown location or to the nearest accredited repairer up to 100km from the breakdown location.

This includes roadside assistance as an optional service product to your Everyday Insurance Comprehensive Car policy or as a standalone product.
