Collect Your Order From Any F.Hinds Branch


We understand that it’s not always convenient to have parcels delivered to your home and that some of us prefer the personal shopping experience which is why we are happy to offer our order collection service.

You can choose to pay for your goods online and collect in your local branch or simply reserve the items you have your eye on for viewing and potential purchase.

Once you have selected your local store, the estimated collection dates will be displayed on the product pages. Simple add the item/s to your basket and follow which ever option best suits you. Once completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided and your chosen store will contact you once your order is ready. It’s as simple as that!

Click & Reserve

Reserve items online to view in store with no obligation to purchase. Perfect for those unsure of exactly how something will look or those wanting to speak to our trained advisors face to face. PLEASE NOTE:

- This service is subject to availability.
- We cannot always guarantee that reserved rings will be available to view in the correct size ordered. We will endeavour to supply rings in a suitable size, which the branch can have adjusted for you free of charge once payment has been made. This is for speed and to avoid unnecessary work for our goldsmiths.
- This service is limited to a maximum of 3 items and is not available on orders with a total basket value under £50.
- Items that need to be specially ordered or are made bespoke are not available to Click & Collect e.g. sizes outside our standard range; I-U for ladies and P-Z for men, or rings ordered in different carats etc. We can however, send a standard stock line to the store for you to view free of charge.

Pay & Collect

Pay for your order online and collect in store at your convenience. Ideal for those who prefer not to have parcels delivered to their home. Shop with the confidence that if the items are not to your liking when you go to collect them then a refund can be issued in store* or otherwise our standard 30-day change of mind policy applies. PLEASE NOTE:
- Earrings and body jewellery bought using our pay and collect service can be refunded whilst in store. Once you have left with the goods, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- To release the goods, we ask for a form of ID that matches the name on the order.

** If you place your order and then change your mind, please get in touch as soon as possible. Drop an email with clear instructions to onlinesales@fhinds.co.uk including your order number in the subject heading and we will be happy to help.
We can cancel and refund your order remotely without you having to go into a store once we have received email instruction to do so.
*Excludes Klarna payments which must be processed by Head Office
**Goods can be exchanged or refunded for a period of 30 days this offer excludes earrings and other pierced jewellery, specially ordered or personalised items and rings that have been adjusted outside of our standard range.
