How to take Cycle Balance
If your cycle is regular (aka you know when your period will start):
In the week leading up to your period, take 1 tsp (6 dropperfuls) twice a day, until you finish the bottle.

I can't believe it's been 5 months since the inception of my womb wellness journey with Elix. I had PCOS tendencies, hormonal imbalances since puberty, and painful, irregular cycles for years.
