1. This promotion is organised by Trip.com Travel Singapore Pte. Ltd. ("Trip.com," "our," or "we"). You should carefully read the terms and conditions of this promotion before deciding to participate, as by participating, you are acknowledging that you agree to these terms and conditions. 2. All information, including personal information ("Information") submitted or known to Trip.com and/or its affiliates in connection with this promotion will only be used for the purposes set out in and treated in accordance with these terms and conditions and those stipulated in Trip.com's Privacy Policy at https://pages.trip.com/service-guideline/privacy-policy-en-us.html ("Privacy Policy").
3. Trip.com reserves the right to suspend, terminate, change, or otherwise restrict participation at any time, and without providing prior notice or compensation, if we have reason to believe that a participant has engaged in unlawful, fraudulent, unauthorised, or improper behaviour. This includes, but is not limited to, making malicious bookings or registrations, exploiting bugs in the system, unlawfully changing prices, using plug-ins, reverse bookings, fraudulent transactions, or engaging in any other violation of the official rules or principles of the promotion. In case of any dispute, Trip.com reserves the right of final interpretation and our decision is final.
4. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Trip.com and its respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated companies/entities, and agencies shall not be liable for any incidental, punitive, consequential, special, or indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of business opportunities, economic loss, injury (including but not limited to death and personal injury), damage to property, or any other damages suffered or incurred by the participant arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
5. Trip.com will not be liable for any default due to wars, riots, strikes, lockouts, industrial action, fires, flooding, droughts, storms, epidemics, pandemics, sudden blackouts, government actions, cyber-attacks, technical or system failures, or any event beyond the reasonable control of Trip.com.
6. Trip.com reserves the right to disqualify any participant who wins a prize in this campaign through unfair behaviour, including but not limited to falsifying bookings.
7. Trip.com reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions and/or terminate or otherwise amend this promotion without prior notice, at its sole and absolute discretion. However, Trip.com will endeavour to notify you of any such variation, change, cancellation, termination, withdrawal, or suspension by posting on Trip.com or in any other manner Trip.com deems fit.
8. Any terms and conditions applicable to these promotions which are illegal, prohibited or unenforceable under any law or regulation shall be ineffective without invalidating the remaining provisions.
9. Trip.com reserves all rights of final interpretation of this promotion.
10. The terms and conditions of this promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. All disputes arising out of these terms and conditions shall be governed by a competent court in Singapore.
