Hello this is the Author of this novel. First I wanted to thank the readers who supported my book by giving my work a power stone. Not only it'll help me climb a rank but increase the exposure of this novel as well. So about this book of mine well it'll be like kingdom building with a mix of slice-of-life, romance, modern knowledge, politics, wars, conspiracy et cetera. Yes, this is not a harem book so don't expect mc having two or three couples, as it is against the law. If you're looking for something new, especially in the genre of kingdom building isekai, then this book is for you. Trust me, you'll like it.

This is an okay read but the problem I had is that it is nothing new or different instead of an mc that is trying to do something different we have someone who is praising democracy etc. while doing everything I have already read about already in a different story, I believe this would have been a much better story if instead of instantly trying to turn the country into a democracy he tried his best to maintain his rights as king. This would have been a much better story than what we got.

The novel is well written. Also the updates are good, though the title is misleading. The MC should be a prince and soon to be king which the MC doesn't act nothing like one. The author has failed to portray the MC as a king. Second is where is the MC guards? all kings have many guards, palace knights or something. Like really MC only has one guard to guard him? Where is MC arrogance he is at the top of HIS kingdom. Why is the author trying to make the MC make government like the UK, USA author should experiment an make his own type of government. It also feels to me that the author is making the MC into a simp, beta slowly or a goody hero with perfect morals that will do everything right without making any mistakes an not letting his power get to his head or something.

Mc will relinquish his powers as an emperor to a democracy which will criple most of the mc powers. That is not fun to read from the perspective of the mc.

This review is paid by two powerstones and for the author keeping his work, this is my review to your book. So from start to the latest chapter this is my insights. My english is bad so please bear with me... Writing Quality: Though there are some mistakes in the phrasing and grammars, it was not that bad where you'll find five to ten errors for each chapter. So I'd say this book is well-written and would improve if there are no errors in the future. The way you write emotional scene is immersive and it makes me feel like I'm there in your story. It was not forced nor cringe, it is just natural. So 5/5. Stability of Updates: 5/5. The author uploads chapter every day though with time inconsistency. But who cares right? As long as he upload within the day, it's still one chapter a day. Story Development: I love the way author build the background first to let us readers know the stage of the story. It's not like the other novels where the mc will introduce new technology in like two or four chapters without foundation to the worldbuilding. Due to this, the novel turned into slow pace but that's okay, it's one of the elements of the kingdom building genre, you build up your world first before you invent modern technologies right? The fun starts at volume two where the mc is starting to plan what technology he'll introduce to the 20th century to stipulate his country' economy and modernize his armed forces.5/5 Character Design: Well at the start of the book, we were introduced to five characters. The MC and his four sisters...no actually it was three because it was stated that the eldest one are married to a foreign prince and hence living in a foreign nation. I love the interactions between the siblings where each one of them has unique personality. There's this motherly sister, tsundere sister, and a genki younger sister. Of course for the wife of the MC, even though she was just introduced, I can feel the chemistry between them as they have a lot of commonalities with each other. I should've start with the mc but here we go. Thomas Harrier was a CEO of a largest company and has two PhD, Mechanical Engineering and Biochemistry. With these skillsets, we can now agree that every tech the mc's going to invent is backed up by his credentials. Heck he can even write up code as shown in the latest chapter. His invention so far is not contrived, the mc really explained how he synthesized Streptomycin using a bacteria called Streptomyces griseus. As a medical student myself, I found it interesting that the author really did his research because it was correct. Though not in the way we do in the lab, but the idea is there. I guess it's for the sake of simplicity. We won't really expect the tedious procedure in a novel right? If you do then go read a medical article or theses. The unique aspect in transmigration novels is a fused personality. Thomas Harrier retains the knowledge of his past life but was integrated to the prince's behavior, i.e., Alexander. So there will be times where his emotion will be irrational or foreign to him because there is a mysterious force affecting him in a subconscious level. I disagree to the user above who said the mc is stupid, because he is not. Everything decision he makes has weight to it. If he won't change the constitution or give the people basic rights, things could get bad to him. So he made the right choice of listening to his people and now he got unwavering support from them. I'd say it's a win a win. Just because it's a kingdom building novel and the mc is the ruler doesn't mean he has to rule with iron fist. Heck do you imagine the mc doing that kind of thing? It'll be out of character if he were to kill like a cold-blooded tyrant. Because if that's how thing should work then all of countries in Earth will become an authoritarian state if it's that easy to remove all oppositions. So 5/5. World Background. The stage of the story is inspired by the Russian Empire in the early-twentieth century. Though there are a lot of altered history here as most of the popular people back in that time aren't here. It was confirmed that this world is a world parallel to us, so this won't be grounded from our real history. But! The event such as the Russo-Japanese war can be found at the early stage of the novel. So we can assume conflicts like WW1 or WW2 can happen in this novel. All in all I can't wait for the novel to develop further, this novel has potential to be the best in kingdom building genre in webnovel. It's not like your typical medieval-era kingdom building where the mc will introduce guns, because guns already exist in this timeline, huge big guns. I'm a fan of this genre so I will keep reading this. I'm thankful that you asked me for a review in exchange for powerstones. Because I just found a hidden gem in this website. World Background is 5/5

Chapter 292 The protagonist tells another person that he does not want to be emperor, that he considers it a job that is not in his interest, and that he already has an heiress (a useless and foolish girl). He also says that he wouldn't mind being replaced by anyone.

The is basically a kid friendly kingdom building novel with no political intrigue or conflict. All the changes he does have no repercussions, conflict, and passes too easily. He introduces modern weaponry without any safeguard to espionage (he increases the budget for internal security and that’s all he did) but nothing gets leaked or stolen. It would had been better to introduce conflict when designs get stolen. He signs modern reform bills left and right like free education and agriculture reforms like he has infinite money and no concerns. There should had been more though put into this or rolled out progressively instead of all at once. There is no political backlash from the conservative faction (if they exist at all) from all the modern reforms rapidly being introduced. The romance feels like a middle school kiss and get pregnant love and very forced and rushed. The new queen is an innocent trophy wife with no character and introduces no drama or plot additions. He also allows her to choose if she wants to reject a political marriage between monarchs and the most advanced nation like it’s a middle school girlfriend breakup. It would had been better if she was a princess of an enemy nation or eastern countries so you have a vehicle to naturally move the plot to other countries with some drama and conflict. Also the pacing between the introduction of the terrorist attacks with the next reattempt is too long and readers don’t care about the terrorist group that killed the parents anymore. Add some conflict and don’t play it too safe.

There are no adverse enemies introduced in the novel, I have read until chapter 20 and the ones that oppose the prince barely do anything to move the plot and make it inticing, it is a very bland novel with a Gary Stu protagonist

First I would like to tell that I'm not good at English so please bear my review. I've been looking for something new where a main character is transported to another world then do kingdom building. This hits right off the mark, the writing quality if great I think, I don't know how to judge it but it's great since I understand it clearly without making myself awkward while reading it. The story development, hmm since it's only 12 chapters I think it is going steady and not that a fast paced. I'm looking forward when the mc is crowned as an Emperor and have a wife because an emperor must have a queen to rule right? Character design, well I like Thomas Harrier, he is a rational and intellectual person but that personality was affected by Alexander de Romanoff, a body which he is currently possessing, a playboy and loves to fool around according to the description. He is loved by his emotional beautiful silver-haired sisters and Alexander also loves them. So whenever a emotional scene appears, Thomas is conflicted with emotion because he is acting like he is not used to before thanks to the influence of Alexander affecting him in a subconscious level. Well I don't know if the prince he's alive or not. As for Thomas Harrier's intellect, I'm looking forward of him inventing modern technologies. Since he is reincarnated in a world similar to the early twentieth century, I believe it's feasible to create computers like you know skip the vacuum tubes and build transistors for computers, build modern battleships with sonars and radars, build main battle tanks akin to the 1950s or 1960s, 1950s cars, electric appliances to further his economy. Oh, didn't I tell you that Thomas Harrier has a grasp of knowledge in medicine? I won't spoil much but in the early chapters, our main character is synthesizing a streptomycin, a cure for tuberculosis to save his little sister who is afflicted with the disease. So I am looking forward for him to modernize medicine and invent medical equipment as well and win Nobel prize for medicine or physiology. This is just me giving you ideas author~sama. After reading the last chapter, I feel that our mc will transition the Empire into a constitutional monarchy because of the pressure of the people. You better listen to your people if you don't want them to revolt against you. I don't know if this is considered a smart move or not but I will say anyway, listening to your people is a best way to revitalize your country as their the driving force of your economy, without people there is no nation. The antagonist of the story is not yet fleshed out, probably because is in it's early chapters so I don't expect much from them for now but please don't forget about them. I'm looking forward for our villain here. Based on the story, our mc is the prince of Ruthenia Empire, which is based off the Russian Empire. An empire with a lot of population, lands, mineral reserves, oil reserves, golds, diamonds and has a potential to be a world superpower if not only for the predecessor of Alexander Romanoff who misgoverned the country, leading it to its economic downfall leading to workers strikes, protest, and civil unrest. The stability of updates is great, two chapters a day is enough for me This is the first novel I've read where the setting is not in Germany, so it's refreshing. Enough with the German science is the best in the world, in this story, it will be the Ruthenia's science. I hope this novel won't get cancelled just because it is similar to Russian Empire. Because we all know the ongoing conflict with Russia and Ukraine. That's all have a good day author and may the god bless you ideas to further this novel. Long live the Emperor, long live Ruthenia! .

I made the 5 star review because i am confused with WN review system. 1. So let's start with "democracy" that many people feared. No, the MC didn't just relinquished his power in the government like how the UK monarch and most constitutional monarchy did. (If some of you has some confusion with the definition constitutional monarchy, it's basically a monarchy based on the constitution. So you can write whatever the F you want in that constitution, and if the majority or every single one of the top brass of the country agrees, you can effectively become a dictator.) So in this story, what the MC wrote in the constitution is that he made himself the executive of the government, commander in chief of the armed forces, etc. Just imagine the power of any president that acts as their country executive branch with the difference of no election or terms since the MC is the king. He needs to abdicate or dead. The democracy exist only in the legislative branch. 2. Next I saw a criticism that there is only 1 royal guard. If you read it carefully, the MC got tons of guards surrounding him. Of course they would only be mentioned in 1 phrase or sentence. The one guy that is always with him is the chief of royal guards, so he had the rights to be present wherever the MC is. 3. Personal life of MC. Nothing special happened, the characters involved exist for the sake of existing, especially the love interest. 4. The reformation in labour. I have seen many people criticized this part saying it's too radical and doesn't make any sense. Yes I do agree it's very radical considering the era of the story, however it's necessary to be done to appease the hungry and angry citizens. The thing that is a pity would be that there is not much explanation on the consequences of such radical reform. The author just glossed over it and make it seems like there is no fight from the capitalists. Similar thing happened when the MC reformed the regional government, changing it from viceroyalties to electoral positions like we know in most countries. 5. How the MC run the government. The main thing of how the MC do his job is that he would do anything to ensure the safety of his empire, family, and citizens. He didn't really care about other countries and their citizens. It can be seen with the war against yamato arc or him sending 2 fighter jets with air to ground missiles to destroy stolen military vehicles in a village. 6. Finally it would be grammar and writing in general. I don't have much to say in this since I don't have much knowledge in writing. So I have no complain on grammar. However on the writing side, I am confused with the title of the MC. In some part he was mentioned as "Emperor" and in some other parts it was "Tsar". Please make it consistent. Final score: 6.5-7.5/10

I usually don't write reviews for novels, but the reviews in this novel honestly baffles me... disclaimer though, i'm a free reader so I only read the free chapters plus some more using those free chapters tickets. alright, the good stuff: 1. the MC is actually smart, for most of it anyway. the MC(and to a certain extent the author) understands that in order to keep power in the "modern" era, you have to give some of them away. history clearly points that an arrogant/out of touch monarch will just trigger a french revolution-like event, so those reviewers that said "the mc isn't arrogant enough" or "mc loves democracy" shouldnt be a leader in any type of organisation at all. author, i'd say you post this novel in the wrong website. 2. MC is actually not too into democracy that much. he understands thst autocracy/absolute monarchy won't be accepted anymore, because most superpowers already changed their monarchy type. now, the MC is ambitious, so rep democracy or republic will hinder him, but he understand that democraxy also has its ups and downs, so instead, he chose the constituional monarchy, so even though the emperor isn't really above the law anymore, he still holds most of the power. 3. Grammar is okay, alongwith the formatting. The bad: 1. the author sometimes made mc do weird things for the sake of the plot. like when he stayed waving to the people because "they never see him", then ended up getting shot in the chest. 2. cringy implied bro-con sisters, tsundere sister, japanese style personalities and romance, even though he's from russia and his fiancee is frkm bavaria. 3. the mc introduced the tech too fast imo, but i dont have the expertise on how logical it is, so it's just a nitpick for me. 4. now i might be racitr right here, but the people's demand in the earlier chapters seems too sophisticated for that time, but idk, maybeit's just me overall, it's a good story.

Very well written novel. I like that its set on 20th century not a lot of novel is set on this time period most are medieval period. This gives a fresh feeling on the novel. if there is any critic its in the world building mostly about the colonies (africa/south america/asia), there was not much mention about it even though it played a huge role in that time period.

spoiler Although, the MC suppose to be the Tsar, and hold so much power. somehow a terrorist group was able to cause so much chaos for him despite the story showing that he already root most of them out once. they even manage to re-engineer his tv into a bomb, an able to replace them with the original in mass quantity. and worse of all, lot of them are in the hand of foreign leader. It feel way too force to have happen. first of all, where did all the people available to put large amount of bomb into his TV? second, how did they get their hand on the TV? third, where did they get so many explosive? forth, how did the item given to important leader be a like other commercial product? those item should have been gift from the tsar which mean it one of the first few that are hand deliver by the loyal guard so it make no sense. it only make sense for minor noble that would be buying from commercial TV. the plot for this was too abrupt as there was not even a single sign of the terrorist group doing any activity, which should be notice as gathering explosive should definitely be notice. and author trying to make this into a misunderstanding which make no sense because if the MC trying to attack other country, why would that make any sense in the strategic way? is making more enemy really a strategy? This is a very stupid plot which just make no sense, and just make the reader want to quit reading.

Read up to the latest chapter(162). Simply saying it is great. Mc is a genius who reintroduces technology about 50years ahead of everyone else and tries to lead his empire to the top. Pros/Cons depending on what you like: The world is set in a paralel Earth in the 1920s-30s. Mc is REALLY smart. Has memorized aperantly everything regarding technology and even medecine. A LOT of information on the inventions. Information on how it works, came to be and so on. Too much for my liking since I am reading a novel and not doing research on thoes things but it's not a dealbreaker.

I must say, this book is absolutely exquisite. I love every single thing about it and i simply cant find anything to criticize. Amazing character depth and slice of life. Excellent use of descriptions. In depth research at military tech and advanced warfare. Thrilling Politics and Business Writing quality is simply sublime. Updates are excellent. The romance is just right in my opinion. Not too deep and not too shallow. Overall, this book is a solid 5/5 for me. If i had it my way, it’d be at the peak of the rankings. Thank you author for this joy of a read!

It's an interesting story and the concept of being reborn in a fallen empire as a crown prince is intriguing. However the author failed to deliver the details and reality of various situations, or at least for me. People's reactions and actions, his behavior around his sisters and etc made it hard for me to continue reading this.
