Returns and Refunds
Our Returns Policy
We pack all our products with pride, and hope you are delighted with the items that you have chosen. However, if you are not satisfied with your order for whatever reason, please contact us and we will strive to resolve the issue.
Charges and Requirements:
You have a right to cancel your order within 30 days of a placing it. If you require us to collect the goods, a courier charge of up to £25 per parcel, and up to £50 per pallet may apply depending on the size and contents of the order.
Please ensure goods are returned in the original or appropriate packaging that keeps them secure.

It's our goal to make sure your items arrive to you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case, please contact us within 14 days of receiving them. To speed up the process, please attach photos or descriptions of the damaged item so that we can resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
