These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to the Acca Insurance Promotion (the “Acca Insurance Promotion”) and the Odds Boost Promotion (the “Odds Boost Promotion”) (together the “Promotions”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. The Promotions are available daily to qualifying customers until further notice (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THE PROMOTIONS

2. The Promotions are open to new and existing customers betting online or using the mobile app.

3. The Promotions are not available to customers who open NEW accounts & depositing funds with Prepaid Cards, Moneybookers, Paypal and Paysafe.

4.The Promotions are open to customers aged 18 years or over, betting in either £/€ currency, whose accounts are registered in the UK & Republic of Ireland.

5. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in the Promotions. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO CLAIM THE ACCA INSURANCE PROMOTION

6. To claim the Acca Insurance Promotion, you must place a real money accumulator bet made up of 5 or more selections on pre match, match result, both team to score, match result & both teams to score, correct score, total goals over/under or 2up&win markets. Each selection of the accumulator must have minimum odds of 1/10 (before any odds boosts have been applied) and the accumulator, as a whole, must have combined odds of 3/1 (a “Qualifying Bet”).

7. If exactly one of your 5 selections in the Qualifying Bet loses, we will refund your stake up to £/€10 as a free bet (each a “Free Bet”). The Free Bet will be credited to your account once all your selected matches have settled.

8. If two or more of your 5 selections in the Qualifying Bet lose, you will not be eligible to receive a Free Bet.

9. Each qualifying customer can receive a maximum of one Free Bet per day of the Promotional Period.

10. Free Bets will be credited based on each qualifying customer’s first placed acca bet of the day (only your first qualifying Acca, real cash only, counts towards the offer, per day). Subsequent accas will not qualify.

11. Any bets placed using Free Bets or permutation bets, will not be considered a Qualifying Bet.

12. A bet will also not be considered a Qualifying Bet for the purposes of this Sports Promotion if for any reason it becomes void.

13. Any bets placed in running will not be considered a Qualifying Bet.

14. If any selections forming part of your Qualifying Bet are postponed or become void, you will still be eligible for this Sports Promotion in circumstances where your Qualifying Bet is still made up of 5 or more qualifying selections when the postponed or void selections are removed.

15. Qualifying Bets which have been "cashed out" or bets which have been edited (using Edit My Acca feature, see details below) will not qualify towards this Acca Insurance Promotion.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR FREE BET

16. Your Free Bet must be used within 7 days of it being credited to your account, otherwise it will expire.

17. Free Bets cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.

18. Your Free Bet must be wagered as a single bet on any Sports market.

19. Please note that the value of your free bet will not be included in any winnings.

20. Your Free Bet is not returned if your free bet wager becomes void.

HOW TO CLAIM THE ODDS BOOST PROMOTION

21. Qualifying customers who log in to their account during the Promotional Period will receive an Odds Boost token to be used on any football game.

22. Your Odds Boost token will also appear on your bet slip if the token can be used on the selected market.

23. Each Odds Boost token will increase the potential returns on all selections in a bet slip by means of lengthening the price of each selection.

24. Only the first £/€50 of your stakes will be struck at the boosted price. Staking limits may apply.

25. Odds Boost tokens can be applied to pre-match or in-play singles.

26. Qualifying customers who log into their accounts will receive a minimum of one football Odds Boost token will be daily.

RESTRICTIONS ON YOUR ODDS BOOST TOKEN

27. Your Odds Boost token will expire at 23:59 (UK time) on the day it was credited, if not used.

28. Odds Boost tokens cannot be used in conjunction with free bet tokens. Odds Boost tokens can only be applied to stakes placed using real money.

29. Odds Boost cannot be applied to any other online product Poker, Casino, Live Casino, Games, Bingo, Lottos, Slots, Exchange or be used in conjunction with Tote or pool bets.

30. Odd Boost tokens can be used alongside other promotional offers but cannot be applied to markets where odds have been enhanced as part of Ladbrokes Price Boost.

HOW TO EDIT MY ACCA

31. Edit My Acca, allows you to remove selections from your accumulator, AFTER you have placed your bet - and AFTER your selected events have started.

32. Your revised bet will have your amended selections and a new potential return amount.

33. Go to "My Accas", click the "Edit My Acca" button next to the accumulator that you wish to 'edit', remove the required selections, and confirm.

34. Please note edited accas do not qualify for the Acca Insurance Promotion.

IMPORTANT TERMS

36. The Promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other www.ladbrokes.com Sports Promotion.

37. We reserve the right to change or end any promotions, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

38. If you have made one or more Qualifying Bets in relation to these Promotions and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available.

39. If we decide to withdraw these Promotions, this will not impact any Qualifying Bets you have placed during the Promotional Period before such withdrawal.

40. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.

41. Where we suspect that a customer is guilty of fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that customer’s account and/or suspend the promotion pending further investigation.
