Subscribe & Save is an easy way to ensure that you never run out of your favourite supplements and get a discount too! You simply set up a recurring subscription order for the items of your choice and we will dispatch to you on the schedule that you set. You’ll also receive a
minimum of a 10% discount from the current RRP. Supplement prices can change over time with but as a
Subscribe & Save customer we guarantee the best available price every time. Subscription orders are automatically fulfilled on the schedule that you set when placing your first order, and amendments can be made up to 3 days before dispatch.
Delivery
UK Subscribe & Save orders are sent using our free delivery service via Royal Mail 48 (AKA 2nd Class post), helping to keep your costs down further. Orders take approximately 3-4 working days to arrive for UK customers, although may take longer at certain times. Please note that Bank Holidays and weekends are excluded from this delivery estimate.

Step 2: Choose how often you want your products delivered
Step 3: Click ‘Add To Basket’ and proceed through checkout.
Changing your subscription
We give you complete control to manage your subscription. You can delay or cancel at any time with no fees or charges. You can also change the frequency of your deliveries.
Step 1: Login to your account
Step 2: Go to ‘My Account’ and click on ‘Subscribe & Save'’
Step 3: Update your deliveries as is appropriate for you
Terms and Restrictions
Payment
Payment for Subscribe & Save orders is taken using a valid credit or debit card, which are stored securely via our payment partner Stripe. Just Vitamins Ltd does not store your payment card details. You can update your payment details at any time via My Account. Please note that any new payment details provided will be used for any new and existing Subscribe & Save products you may have. At present we are unable to accept payment for this service via PayPal.
Items Unavailable
Not all items are available on Subscribe & Save. In rare cases where your chosen supplements are out of stock, Just Vitamins may opt to dispatch an equal or superior product. In such a scenario we will contact you to discuss any substitutions, before dispatch.
Other Offers & Promotions
We regret that the Subscribe & Save discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or any cashback/ affiliate promotion. If a supplement is already on promotion, then you will be charged the lowest of your Subscribe & Save price and the offer price, which guarantees you the best price every time.
