FREE 1-3 Day Priority Mail Shipping (USPS) for All Orders of $110 or More Within the United States.
(Order Cut-off time for SAME DAY SHIPPING 2pm M-F and 1PM Saturday)

UPS Shipping Services for SAME DAY SHIPPING: Mon-Fri (Order Cut-off time 2pm M-F)
If ordering after 2PM M-F, the order will ship out the following business day
If ordering after 2PM on Friday or any time Sat-Sun, the order will be shipped out on MONDAY

CANCELLING ORDERS:
You can cancel your order with no penalty before it is shipped. If the item has already shipped, please contact us.

IF CUSTOMER ENTERS WRONG ADDRESS:
If you entered your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email or email Admin@DroneCloneXperts.com, and give us the correct information. If the address is wrong, we can correct it before shipment (usually within 24 hours).

SHIPPING STATUS:
Shortly after you place an order, you will receive a notification--to the email or phone # you provided at checkout-- explaining the order is being prepared and packaged for shipping. As soon as the order ships, you will receive a notification with tracking information to monitor the shipping status of your order. As soon as the order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification explaining the order is "Out for Delivery". And finally, you will receive a notification later on that same day explaining that the order has been "DELIVERED".

In the event the shipping carrier tracking associated with your order indicates your order has been "DELIVERED" by UPS or USPS, but the customer claims the item was never received, the customer is not eligible to receive a refund from us. We only use UPS and USPS to ship & deliver customer orders, so if the tracking status indicates a successful delivery, we must trust that it's correct. We will not open an investigation on packages with status of "DELIVERED", but the customer may do so on their own accord. We WILL gladly open investigations and provide immediate compensation for any order where tracking status shows the package has not been delivered, as long as it's not due to customer error (such as customer providing incorrect address or non-deliverable address). This policy may be considered unfavorable to some, but the items we sell are highly popular and fairly expensive, so fraudulent attempts are constant. Please understand we must take certain measures to protect our brand and our customer's privacy.
