The promoter of this promotion is Entain, registered in Gibraltar under the number 112454 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.

Specific Terms and Conditions

The promotion will run from 09/02/2024 at 12:01 to 09/05/2024 at 21:00 (the "Promotional Period").
This offer cannot be combined with any other offer.
By taking part in this promotion, you agree to these Specific Terms and Conditions as well as our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions and our General Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

The promotion is available to new and existing customers of bwin.com, bwin.be, bwin.fr, bwin.de or bwin.dk (the “Website”) who are:

over 18 years old;

an existing or new real money player; and

able to see this promotion after login, exclusions apply.

Mechanics

An Eligible Prediction consists of 4 to 8 individual predictions on the regular time of the 4 to 8 matches of UEFA Europa League and/or UEFA Europa Conference League selected by bwin and submitted before the kick-off of the latest game selected.

(an ''Eligible Prediction'')

If an Eligible Player submits an Eligible Prediction during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Player might win points for each individual prediction with the exact score or for each correct individual prediction on the match result (1X2).
An Eligible Player has until the kick-off of the selected match that starts the last to validate his predictions and players can only submit a prediction for a selected match that didn't start.
An Eligible Player can only submit one (1) set of predictions per round, which can be edited until kick-off of each match. If an eligible player makes multiple predictions, only his first set of predictions will be valid.
If an Eligible Player wins points, he will enter into 2 Leaderboards (the "Leaderboards "):
Eligible Players will compete against Robert Pirès. The Legend, Robert Pirès will provide the predictions under the same conditions than Eligible Players and will be subject to the same rules.
The predictions of Robert Pirès will be submitted to the promoter at 21:00 on the day of the first game of the matchday and will be locked until the points calculation.
An Eligible Player with a higher number of points than Robert Pirès in one or both Leaderboards will be considered as a Winner eligible to a share of the prize pool.

For example: Eligible Players A, C and E have won 15 points while The Legend have 14 points, then Eligible Players A, C and E will be part of the Winners.

An Eligible Player with the same number of points or fewer than than Robert Pirès in one or both Leaderboards will not be considered a Winner.

For example: Eligible Players B has won 14 points and the Eligible Player D and F have won 12 points while Robert Pirès has 14 points, then Eligible Players B, D and F are not will be part of the Winners.

The Leaderboards will be updated the day following the last match player on each Matchday according to the number of points obtained by each Eligible Player.
The winning players will be announced within 48 hours of the end of each Round.
The prize pool will be equally divided between the Winners.

Round 1 (09/02/2024 to 15/02/2024)

The round will have 8 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 1 (one) point to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 2 (two) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 2 (19/02/2024 to 22/02/2024)

The round will have 8 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 1 (one) point to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 2 (two) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 3 (04/03/2024 to 07/03/2024)

The round will have 8 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 2 (two) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 4 (four) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 4 (11/03/2023 to 14/03/2024)

The round will have 8 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 2 (two) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 4 (four) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 5 (08/04/2024 to 11/04/2024)

The round will have 6 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 3 (three) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 6 (six) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 6 (15/04/2024 to 18/04/2024)

The round will have 8 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 3 (three) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 6 (six) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 7 (29/04/2024 to 02/05/2024)

The round will have 4 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 5 (five) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 10 (ten) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Round 8 (06/05/2024 to 09/05/2024)

The round will have 4 selected games.
In this round each correct match result (1X2) of an Eligible Prediction will provide 5 (five) points to the Eligible Player.
In this round each exact score of an Eligible Prediction will provide 10 (ten) points to the Eligible Player.
The prize pool for this round is £50,000.

Overall Leaderboard

The top 4 (four) Eligible Players with the highest number of points in the Overall Leaderboard will win each of them 1 (one) bwin Fans Final Package as described below.
In the event of 2 or more Eligible players with the same amount of points as Robert Pirès, being in the top 4, the winning player will be a player and the Legend won't be entitled to the prize.
In the event of 2 or more Eligible players with the same amount of points, the winning player shall be:
The player that has placed an Eligible Prediction first.
An Eligible Player with a higher number of points than Robert Pirès in the Overall Leaderboards will be considered as a Winner eligible to a share of the £100,000 prize pool.

For example: Eligible Players A, C and E have won 172 points while The Legend has 168 points, then Eligible Players A, C and E will be part of the Winners and will win an equal share of the prize pool.

An Eligible Player with the same number of points or fewer than than Robert Pirès in one or both Leaderboards will not be considered a Winner.

For example: Eligible Players B has won 168 points and the Eligible Player D and F have won 164 points while Robert Pirès has 168 points, then Eligible Players B, D and F are not will be part of the Winners.

The bwin Fans Package Terms and Conditions

Return flights or train from a main airport/train-station near the winner’s home destination to Dublin, Ireland for the winner and one (1) guest of choice.
One (1) double occupancy hotel room for You and Your guest for two (2) nights in Dublin, Ireland with breakfast.
Two (2) tickets for the UEFA Europa League Final on Wednesday, 22nd May 2024 at the Dublin Arena in Dublin, Ireland.
Participation in the "Fans Final" event at Dublin Arena, Dublin, Ireland, giving the winners and their guests an opportunity to play on the pitch in a full bwin-branded kit with European footballing Legends. 
The Winner and their chosen guest must both be over 18 years old.
The Winner and their guest may be required to provide proof of their identification, date of birth and their home address in order to receive the Prize. If required, this information must be provided within sufficient time frame. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks when requested by the promoter will result in the Winner forfeiting the Prize.
By participating in the promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the Promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and the bwin privacy notice
The Promoter and its service providers or other agents will use winner ‘s personal data to manage the fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the prize.
The Prize will be sent to the winner either by email or by post. A winning player will be informed which method is to be used.
It is the Winner responsibility to ensure the contact details of his account are correct and up to date.
The Winner must accept the Prize "as is" and there is no right to a cash alternative unless the promoter, in its sole discretion, elects to offer such a cash alternative (which will be approximately of equal value of the Prize).
In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, the promoter, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one or more prizes (other than a cash alternative) of substantially equivalent value. The promoter may do this, in particular, if the Event is cancelled or it becomes unduly costly for the Prize to be arranged.
The promoter reserves the right to not award a Prize or to seek the return of any Prize awarded in the event that the winner is not entitled to receive such Prize in accordance with applicable law (provided always that the Winner is solely responsible for ensuring that s/he is entitled to receive any Prize).
The Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash value.
The winner and their guest are solely responsible for complying with any third-party booking terms and conditions. Examples of these may include ticket terms and conditions such as COVID-19 stadium entry rules.
The winner is responsible to have the required document such as passport or ID to travel to and from the destination.
The winner must comply with any instructions made by the promoter and must be able to comply with any restrictions related to the Prize (e.g time and dates) and any other eligibility restrictions imposed by the promoter.
The promoter will not provide any form of insurance, including without limitation, any public liability or cancellation insurance, in respect of the Prize.
The promoter will not be responsible and/or liable for any cancellations and/or alterations (including any cancellations and/or alterations that are a direct or indirect result of the COVID-19 pandemic) to any element of the ticket prize that is outside of the promoter’s control.
The promoter accepts no liability for any loss, damage or injury caused to the winner and their guest whilst taking the prize.
By participating in this promotion, Eligible Players acknowledge and accept the use of personal data by the promoter according to these Terms and Conditions and the promoter’s Privacy Notice.

Cash Terms and Conditions

Cash will be awarded to Eligible Players if, according to the ranking, they are entitled to a cash prize.
The cash prizes will be credited to the player's account within 48 hours after the end of the Promotional Period

General

Where the promoter suspects that a winning player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the promotion, and/or suspend that player's account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation
The promoter reserves the right to alter, discontinue or terminate the promotion in accordance with the terms of our Standard Promotional Terms and Conditions.
