Was a bit apprehensive about choosing a mattress online but I felt reassured by the 60 night sleep trial and all worked out fine. The website was easy to navigate around, and the Silentnight Studio Geltex I chose is very comfy but still supportive. Delivery turned out to be better than anticipated, they even phoned 1h beforehand to let me know they were on their way.

I love the Relyon (Dunlopillo) pillows and needed to replace an old one. The Sleep Shop offered the best price I could find and the pillow arrived very promptly and in good condition. I will use this company again.

The sleep shop have a fantastic range of mattresses at very considerable prices. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and informative, particularly Hugh, he wasn’t pushy which we found at other brand shops and was very helpful. We had the sleep shop given to us on another recommendation and will happily recommend them to others

I was looking around for a new mattress and came across the one I wanted at The Sleep Shop. I had to call twice before ordering; once to check the matress depth as this wasn’t listed on the website, and once to check how to select ‘delivery to room of choice’ . . . I spoke to two different people and both were friendly and efficient. The delivery was perfect; I had an email to inform me that they’d get in touch within a couple of days, then one to say Friday delivery and the day before, both a text and an email with a 3hr time slot. The guys who delivered were efficient, professional and super quick. If I had one criticism (which may totally be me not looking properly), it’s that there is no place to select for the mattress to be unpacked; I assumed this would be done automatically as that’s been the case with other things I’ve ordered. Unpacking a well (double) wrapped double 29cm thick mattess alone as a disabled customer isn’t the easiest but it’s done and perfect … seems very comfortable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Sleep Shop and would definitely use them again

The sleep shop were very helpful. Organised delivery with contact from purchase to delivery. Above all the good service we received the Mattress is absolutely amazing. I purchased the Silentnight Geltex 3000. Its really comfortable and a good quality mattress. Will definitely buy from this company again

Having discovered this company online, it was a bonus to find that they have a showroom with dozens of beds on display within an hour’s drive of our home. The lady that we spoke to was very helpful and not at all pushy, letting us test the firmness/comfort of several mattresses in our own time. Delivery was sooner than first estimated by a great 2 man team. Will use again.
